ELEVATE is a global online event that brings together translation professionals and academics to tackle industry challenges, gain insights, and explore the latest in cutting-edge translation technology.
ELEVATE 2025 promises to be our biggest event yet! Featuring everything you’ve come to love about ELEVATE, along with the exciting addition of our RWS Campus program, this three-day extravaganza has something for everyone across the translation industry.
We’d love you to join our lineup of presenters for three incredible days filled with learning, inspiration, and connection at ELEVATE 2025!

Present at ELEVATE 2025
We want you to share an inspiring, thought-provoking 20-minute presentation or case study at ELEVATE 2025. We also welcome proposals showcasing how Trados or Language Weaver has boosted translator productivity, enhanced collaboration, or streamlined translation project management. Feel free to share this call for papers with colleagues and peers!
ELEVATE 2025 will take place over three themed days so you should select the theme that best aligns with your presentation:
- Day 1: Innovate - Dive into hands-on product training, live demos, and practical how-to sessions designed to sharpen your skills and unlock new possibilities.
- Day 2: Motivate - Stay ahead of the curve with in-depth discussions on industry trends and transformative innovations shaping the future of translation.
- Day 3: Educate - Focused sessions tailored for students and lecturers, offering specialized content to inspire and prepare the next generation of translation professionals.
Presentation requirements
- Choose a short, catchy title that reflects the session content
- Provide a detailed, clear yet short synopsis - no more than 250 words
- If you propose a case study, we are looking for one that includes Trados and/or Language Weaver, ideas that can be implemented, and describes solving a business problem or challenge
- Avoid a sales pitch
- If you are a Trados partner, include a customer to co-present with you
Key dates
- Call for papers closes: 19 January 2025
- Notification of accepted speakers: 31 January 2025
- Deadline for speaker information: 14 February 2025
- Rough draft of presentation due: 21 March 2025
- Final presentation due: 11 April 2025

Please complete the form below with details of your proposal (no more than 250 words), which should be for a 20-minute session delivered in English, before 19 January 2025.
If your proposal is accepted*, your session at ELEVATE 2025 will provide you and your organization with valuable exposure and recognition within the Trados community and wider translation industry.
