About us:
The Faculty of Translation and Interpreting (FTI-EII) of the University of Mons offers translation and interpreting curricula at a Bachelor and Master-level. The RWS academic program enables us to teach translation technology in the framework of different classes: CAT Tools, Localization and Post-Editing, for instance. One of our priorities is to fully prepare our students for all the aspects of the professional translation market, by teaching them to efficiently use all the available translation tools and resources available, to be able to work with AI and Machine Translation, to build useful termbases, to work on collaborative projects. Therefore, we always make the most of our partnership with RWS and are convinced that Trados Studio, Multiterm and Passolo must remain a central part of our translation technology classes.
