Trados LSP Package Fair Use Policies

The Company does not limit the number of words or files that the Customer uploads to the Trados platform or API Integrations with the platform in these subscription plans but expects that the Customer's use will be fair. For the purpose of these Terms of Service, the Customer's use of the Trados Platform is fair if it does not exceed the fair use allowances set out below.

Should the Customer exceed the volume defined as fair use, the Company has the right to initiate a re-negotiation of the subscription terms with the Customer. If no agreement is reached between the Customer and the Company within 30 days, the Company may terminate the Customer's account and the Agreement with a 30-day notice period during which the Customer may use their account in line with these Terms of Service and by respecting the fair use policy.

Custom Reporting Fair Use Allowance

A reader session is a 30-minute interval of time during which a reader can access dashboards and interact with data. A reader session starts with user-initiated action (for example, loading a dashboard, refreshing a report page, drill-down, or filtering) and runs for the next 30 minutes. Keeping a dashboard open in a background browser window or tab does not result in active sessions until the reader initiates action on the page.
