The terms and conditions below (“Terms and Conditions”) set forth the competition draw (“Competition”) organized by SDL Limited (a part of RWS Holdings PLC group of companies) (“SDL”) and govern the eligibility to receive a prize under this Competition.

Competition details 

The objective of this Competition is to give away an Ember Travel Mug 2 (black, branded with 'RWS') to one respondent of the Translation Technology Insights 2025 survey.

How to enter

Complete the Translation Technology Insights 2025 survey and you will automatically be entered. Entries must be made before 23:59pm GMT on 7 March 2025. Winner will be announced/contacted by 14 March 2025.

Eligibility

This Competition is open to all people who complete the Translation Technology Insights 2025 survey and provide their contact details (“Entrant”).

Entry into the Competition is done by completing the Translation Technology Insights 2025 survey and providing contact details.

All Entrants must be aged 18 years or above. 

The Competition shall run from 9 January 2025 – 7 March 2025 (“Eligibility Period”). 

Any entries received after the Eligibility Period will not be entered into the Competition.

Requirements

Only one entry per person is allowed. Any Entrants that exceed that shall be disqualified from the Competition.

For the avoidance of doubt, Entrants do not have to pay a fee to enter into the Competition.

Entrants not complying with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified from the Competition.

The winners may be required to participate in publicity connected with this promotion and it is a condition of entry that you consent to your name being publicly available if you win and accept the prize.
